Service terms.

A quote request is not a confirmed booking. EZE will discuss the property, requested services, scope, price, access and preferred date with you before accepting a booking. Quotes are estimates unless EZE explicitly agrees to a fixed price. Property size, condition and requested extras can affect an estimate. Additional work and its price must be discussed and approved before it proceeds. Please tell EZE about key-return deadlines, access restrictions and timing requirements before booking. Exact arrival timing may be confirmed closer to the service date. Payment is due upon completion of the agreed services unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing. If you have a concern about completed work, contact EZE promptly with your job reference and details so the issue can be reviewed. Any voluntary return-service arrangement is separate from rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these service terms excludes, restricts or changes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
